Does Clean 12 follow any specific diets?
Clean 12 is a clean eating program. Clean eating is NOT Keto, South Beach, Mediterranean, Intermittent Fasting, restrictive, macro counting, Atkins, or any other trendy diet fad. Clean eating is simply eating foods in there most natural state. Clean eating is eliminating processed foods and sugar. Clean eating is eating foods that are the ingredients themselves. For example, a cucumber does not have an ingredient list, as the cucumber is the only ingredient. With clean eating, you can eat foods that have an “ingredient list,” but we try to aim for no more than 3-4 natural ingredients (that you can pronounce). Unlike boxed cereals or crackers (just for one example) that have a long list of ingredients (and many that I can’t even pronounce). But don’t worry, you will learn all about this in the Clean 12 program. The best part about clean eating… there is not a long list of rules to follow. It’s actually really simple… eat whole foods… avoid processed foods, especially sugar.
